Shipping policy

Shipping internationally from the UK.

You order will be packaged and fulfilled by our Distributor Proper Music.

We have a 30-day return policy on faulty and incorrect orders. You have the right to return any order within 14 days of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@greatvalley.co.uk. with a photograph of the fault or screenshots of the order mistake. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will get back to your requests within 3 working days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
Once a return has been accepted, you'll be given the opportunity to swap for another product or to process a refund. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
